Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver data-driven insights to support strategic decisions. This role is open to candidates currently on H1B visa in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Create functional specifications, BRDs, FRDs, and user stories
- Work with cross-functional teams including IT, product, and operations
- Perform data analysis using tools like Excel, SQL, or BI tools
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful implementation
- Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs for business performance tracking
- Communicate insights and recommendations to leadership

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field
- 3–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Must be currently in the US on H1B visa (transfer candidates preferred)
- Strong experience in requirement gathering and documentation
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau / Power BI)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
