🚀 About the RoleWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Marketing Automation Specialist to design, implement, and optimize automated marketing programs. In this fully remote role, you’ll play a key part in scaling lead generation, nurturing campaigns, and customer lifecycle marketing.
You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and analytics teams to build efficient, personalized, and high-performing automation workflows.
🎯 What You’ll Do- Design and manage automated marketing campaigns and workflows
- Build and optimize lead nurturing programs and email journeys
- Manage and maintain marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
- Segment audiences and personalize campaigns based on behavior and data
- Collaborate with sales teams on lead scoring and handoff processes
- Track campaign performance and optimize for engagement and conversion
- Conduct A/B testing to improve automation effectiveness
- Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and compliance within marketing systems

- 3–6 years of experience in marketing automation or lifecycle marketing
- Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar
- Strong understanding of email marketing, lead nurturing, and CRM integration
- Experience with segmentation, personalization, and customer journeys
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, dashboards, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and workflows
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
