Job Description


We’re looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Associate to help grow our LinkedIn, YouTube, podcast, email newsletters, and blog in the B2B SaaS space.


This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, repurposing it across multiple formats and channels, experimenting with what works, and seeing real results from their work. You’ll collaborate with our team to turn a rich library of existing content into consistent growth across our key channels.


Our CEO Alex Shevelenko, hosts Experience-Focused Leaders, a podcast about what moves people, teams, and markets. We explore how creativity, trust, and relationships help ideas spread, shape modern experiences, and humanize AI. Our guests range from founders, CEOs, and board members of public companies and unicorns to best-selling authors, Nobel laureates, faculty from Stanford, HBS, and Wharton, Emmy Award-winning storytellers, and bold innovators shaping what’s next. You’ll play a central role in making sure this content reaches the audience it deserves.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day social media execution (primarily LinkedIn and YouTube, with occasional Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook)
  • Repurpose podcast episodes, blogs, and long-form content into short-form videos, clips, quote cards, social posts, email newsletter content, and blog summaries
  • Drive the distribution and visibility of podcast episodes across platforms and relevant B2B communities
  • Generate transcripts and extract key moments from episodes using tools like CapCut or similar to create promotional assets
  • Optimize YouTube uploads (titles, thumbnails, descriptions, tags) for discoverability and engagement
  • Draft and manage email newsletter content to nurture our audience and promote new episodes and resources
  • Contribute to our blog by repurposing podcast insights, guest takeaways, and thought leadership into written content
  • Innovate with AI tools—including RELAYTO itself—to streamline content creation, repurposing, and distribution workflows
  • Track performance across all channels and suggest data-informed ways to improve reach and engagement
  • Experiment with formats, hooks, and posting strategies to find what resonates with a B2B audience
  • Identify organic growth opportunities across social media, podcast, newsletter, and blog channels


Requirements

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in content marketing, social media, or digital marketing (B2B experience is a plus)
  • Fully remote — work from anywhere in the US, Europe, or the Philippines
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn and YouTube best practices
  • Experience with short-form video (editing, hooks, pacing, trends)
  • Good sense of what makes content engaging, not just “posting”
  • Self-starter who loves experimenting and learning on the fly
  • Strong written and spoken English; ideally a native or near-native speaker
  • Familiarity with tools like video editors, scheduling tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics
  • Openness to leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and output quality
