UX/UI Desginer

Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Web/UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the betting industry, with a proven track record of designing intuitive, user-centric interfaces. You will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and visual aesthetics of a very large international betting website.

Responsibilities

• Provide and receive constructive feedback, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Design and develop user-friendly web interfaces and experiences tailored to the betting industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to bring design concepts to life.
• Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and refine design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.
• Ensure designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and meet usability standards.
• Take ownership of projects, manage timelines, and meet deadlines with high-quality deliverables.
• Communicate ideas with project managers using mock-up and look books
• Collect feedback from project managers and adjust approach to cater to criteria

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in user experience, design or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience with UI design.
• Experience in a freelance role.
• Experience in a remote work setting.
• Proven experience as a Web/UI/UX Designer, specifically within the betting industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of web design projects and UX case studies.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate accountability.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Interest in Web3 is a plus.
• Fluent English is a plus.
