Vendora is one of the fastest-growing C2C marketplaces in Southeast Europe.
We are looking for a Product Designer who enjoys building real products, experimenting with new technologies, and shaping experiences that people use every day.
This role is ideal for someone who cares about how products work, not just how they look - someone who thinks in flows, systems and user behaviour, but is also able to deliver clear, structured and polished designs ready for development.
About the Role
- You will design flows, build prototypes, test ideas with users and iterate quickly. From early product ideas to detailed UI states, you will help ensure that the product remains simple, functional and intuitive.
- We value speed and iteration. Early ideas can be rough - the important thing is to explore multiple solutions quickly and refine the best ones into polished designs that developers can implement.
- You should be comfortable experimenting with AI-assisted prototyping tools and modern product workflows, while maintaining strong design fundamentals.
What You Will Do
Product Design
- Design user flows and product features from concept to delivery
- Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- Design mobile-first product experiences
- Think about the product from both big-picture flows and small interaction details
- Ensure designs prioritize clarity, usability and functionality
Rapid Prototyping & Experimentation
- Use modern vibe-prototyping tools (Claude, Google AI Studio, MagicPatterns or similar)
- Build quick prototypes to explore ideas and validate assumptions
- Iterate quickly with the team and test different solutions
- Design experiments inspired by Lean Startup principles
Design Systems & Collaboration
- Develop and maintain Vendora’s design system
- Create an atomic design system with reusable foundations, components, patterns and clear UI states
- Create structured Figma files with reusable components and clear states
- Deliver developer-ready designs with clear specifications
- Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented correctly

User Understanding
- Conduct usability testing and user interviews
- Run simple user lab tests to validate new features
- Apply behavioural thinking to improve user flows and decision patterns

- 2–10 years experience in Product Design / UI-UX design
- Strong experience with Figma
- Strong ability to design mobile-first interfaces
- Experience building interactive prototypes
