Motion Graphics Designer: Omnistra
Location: Fully Remote
Type: Full-time
Salary: BDT 30,000-50,000 (based on quality of work)
Omnistra is building Bangladesh's AI-powered Autonomous Commerce platform for e-commerce. We're hiring a Motion Graphics Designer to shape how our product shows up in the world through launch videos, website animations, and social content.

What you'll do:
- Create launch videos and explainer videos for new Omnistra features
- Design motion elements for our website: feature animations, hero loops, scroll-based visuals
- Produce short-form motion content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube
- Help us build a consistent motion style across the brand

Who we're looking for:
- 2–4 years of motion design experience (SaaS or tech background is a big plus)
- A portfolio that shows clean typography in motion, good pacing, and a calm, polished style
- Comfortable working across 2D motion, light 3D, UI animation, and abstract visuals
- Strong sense of timing, storytelling, and how sound and motion work together
- Able to take a brief and deliver finished work without much hand-holding
Software you should know well:
- Core: After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro
- 3D: Cinema 4D or Blender (strong in at least one)
- UI motion: Figma, Lottie / Lottielab, Rive
- Nice to have: DaVinci Resolve, Runway, Sora, Midjourney, basic knowledge of how motion files are used on the web
