Wishlink was founded by 3 friends from college, Chandan, Shaurya, and Divyansh, with a shared passion to solve real-world problems at scale and consume content for hours (XD). We started Wishlink in January 2022 when we discovered products on social media that we wanted to buy but could not (in some cases, actually did)! We are based out of Gurugram. We have recently raised a series B round of $17.5M backed by leading global investors including Vertex Ventures SE Asia & India, Fundamentum, and Elevation Capital.

Growth Opportunity

We have grown remarkably in the last 3 years and are doing a monthly GMV of over Rs. 150cr. We are working with over 50,000 content creators and 250+ brands and eCommerce marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, H&M, Savana (Urbanic), Only, Vero Moda, Libas, Aurelia, Mama Earth, and many more.

What would you be doing?

  • Key Account Management – Manage and grow relationships with priority partners and strategic accounts, ensuring alignment on goals, tracking performance metrics, resolving escalations, and identifying opportunities to deepen engagement and revenue
  • Cross-Functional Projects – Drive initiatives to remove inter-departmental bottlenecks and establish smooth processes.
  • Central Control Tower – Act as the single point of coordination to track, monitor, and report progress across all ongoing activities.
  • Operations Rehaul & Monitoring – Redesign, document, and continuously improve key workflows for efficiency and scalability.
  • Revenue Innovation – Experiment with new initiatives and operating models to unlock additional revenue channels.
  • Data Visualization & Insights – Build dashboards, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights to enable faster, data-backed decision-making.
  • Strategic & Multi-Tasking Role – Take ownership across multiple high-impact workstreams, balance priorities, and contribute directly to strategic business outcomes.


What are we looking for?

  • Experience (1-2 years) – Background in growth, strategy, program management, or business analytics, ideally in startup or early-stage environments where ambiguity and speed are the norm.
  • Problem Solving & Strategic Thinking – Ability to break down unstructured problems, think in first principles, and design scalable solutions that drive measurable business impact.
  • Data Fluency (Mandatory) – Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and automation tools (e.g., App Script). Experience in growth modelling, funnel analysis, or ROI measurement is a strong plus.
  • Execution Excellence – Proven track record of managing 0-to-1 initiatives, operational process building, and cross-functional projects, with agility to adapt strategies quickly.
  • Customer & Creator Centricity – Empathy for user behavior and creator dynamics to design solutions that balance business goals with user delight.
  • Ownership & Multitasking – High sense of accountability, ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously, and bias for action in fast-paced environments.

(Candidates with prior experience in Business Analytics or Program Management will be preferred.)
