About The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Web Developer to join our Technology & Operations team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise web applications that support our logistics and supply chain activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, operations staff, and project managers to deliver seamless, high-performance digital solutions. Your contributions will directly influence the efficiency of our operations, improve user experience, and foster innovation within the organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about technology, automation, and logistics to make a tangible impact in a dynamic industry environment. The initial work location is India, with potential relocation to Dubai or Oman after a successful probation period of approximately 12 months.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of two years of hands-on full-stack development experience, demonstrating proficiency in modern web frameworks and technologies. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience. Strong knowledge of React, Laravel, React Native, HTML, CSS, and related JavaScript/PHP frameworks is essential. Familiarity with databases, code versioning tools such as Git or SVN, and web server environments like Apache or Nginx is required. Candidates should have a solid understanding of software development lifecycle practices, UI/UX principles, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or DigitalOcean, along with system and automated testing, will be advantageous. Additionally, familiarity with OCR frameworks, problem-solving skills in operational environments, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are highly valued. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Dubai or Oman after the probation period if required and demonstrate adaptability to Middle Eastern working environments and onsite operational collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, automate, and maintain web applications and services to align with business and operational objectives, ensuring adherence to performance standards and best coding practices.
• Collaborate with team leads and members to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Work closely with UI/UX teams to ensure design consistency and optimal user experience across all applications.
