Internal IT Audit Supervisor (Zuid-Nederland, €90–120k total comp)

We are seeking an Internal IT Audit Supervisor for a leading organization in Zuid‑Nederland. In this role, you will conduct IT and security audits across a diverse technology landscape and work closely with stakeholders to strengthen the organization’s governance, risk and control framework. This is a hybrid position, with limited travel (approx. 10–15%).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute IT audits from scoping through reporting.
• Identify control gaps and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and act as subject-matter expert during follow‑ups.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the audit approach, including the use of data analytics and modern audit techniques.
• Stay current on relevant regulatory and IT/security developments.

About You

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Management, Computer Science).
• CISA, RE or equivalent certification.
• 5–10 years of experience in external or internal IT audit, preferably in a regulated environment.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to keep a helicopter view.
• Skilled communicator who adapts style to different audiences.
• Innovative mindset, open to modern audit tools and methodologies.
