What Will You Do?

As a Talent Sourcer / Recruiter, you will focus on the front-end of the recruitment process. Identifying, engaging, and qualifying top candidates. You will work closely with our Netherlands-based Account Managers, who manage the client relationships and final placements.


  • Source and attract candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other innovative channels
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and motivation
  • Present qualified candidates to internal Account Managers
  • Ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM system


What Do You Bring?

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition
  • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment ability
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
