Voov Media is a fast-growing digital media company helping creators scale revenue across platforms, especially Facebook.
We’ve generated 20+ billion video views and work with creators producing millions of views monthly. Our services include high-performance video editing, content strategy, and full-scale content monetization.
We are building a high-performance, global remote team, supported by internal systems and AI tools across operations, sales, and production.
We are hiring a Head of HR / Talent Operations to own and build our entire hiring and people system.
This is not a basic HR role.
You will be responsible for:
- Building a reliable, scalable hiring engine
- Ensuring we consistently hire high-quality, accountable team members
- Eliminating costly hiring mistakes
Your job is to make sure we hire the right people — every time
- Ensure candidates are qualified, honest, and aligned
- Identify red flags early and prevent poor hires
- Hold a high bar for talent — no “good enough” hires
- Track performance of hires post-onboarding and improve selection accuracy
- Oversee onboarding process for new hires
- Ensure smooth integration into teams
- Build structured onboarding systems and documentation
- Improve retention through better onboarding practices

- Build and refine HR systems from scratch
- Create SOPs, workflows, and documentation
- Maintain organization across all hiring pipelines
- Work closely with leadership to forecast hiring needs
You will have access to internal AI tools and systems designed to support your work, including:
- AI-assisted candidate sourcing and outreach
- Resume screening and candidate filtering
- Workflow automation and pipeline organization
- Performance tracking and reporting tools
These tools are built to eliminate manual work and allow you to focus on judgment, decision-making, and hiring quality
- 5–8+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or talent operations
- Proven experience owning full hiring processes end-to-end
- Experience hiring across multiple roles (operations, sales, creatives, etc.)
- Strong judgment — you can clearly identify high vs low-quality candidates
- Highly organized and process-driven
- High integrity, reliability, and accountability
