We are hiring a hands-on SEO Specialist who can take full ownership of organic growth across multiple client accounts.
This role is not theory-based. You will execute directly inside websites, analyze performance data, and continuously improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.
You must be comfortable working inside CMS platforms, building structured reports, and turning raw data into clear actions.
If your experience is limited to recommendations without execution, this role is not a fit.
What You Will Own
SEO Execution
- Build and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
- Perform keyword research aligned to search intent and business outcomes
- Run SEO audits and prioritize fixes based on impact
- Optimize metadata, headers, internal linking, and site structure
- Improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile usability, and indexing
Website Management (Execution Required)
- Make direct updates on websites (content edits, page builds, structure changes)
- Work inside Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or similar CMS
- Implement SEO changes without relying on developers
Data Tracking & Reporting

- Build and maintain SEO dashboards using Excel or Google Sheets
- Track rankings, traffic, CTR, and conversions
- Identify trends and translate data into actionable insights
- Deliver clear, structured reports
Content Optimization
- Work with a content writer to align content with SEO strategy
- Provide keyword briefs and outlines
- Optimize content directly when needed (meta, internal links, structure)
Technical SEO
- Manage sitemaps, robots.txt, and indexing
- Fix crawl issues, redirects, broken links, duplicate content
- Implement schema markup and structured data
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years SEO experience (agency or multi-client preferred)
- Proven ability to execute changes directly on websites
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (report building, tracking, analysis)
- Experience with Google Search Console and GA4
- Experience using Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts

Compensation & Setup
