About The Role
The Digital Marketing Manager at Radiometer is a strategic role responsible for spearheading digital growth initiatives across North America. This position involves developing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support account-based marketing efforts. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, the role offers a unique opportunity to influence the company’s digital presence and contribute to its mission of improving healthcare through innovative diagnostics. The ideal candidate will be fully remote, based in the US, and possess a strong background in healthcare diagnostics marketing, with a focus on digital channels such as paid media, email, web, and social media. This role requires a proactive, data-driven mindset, and the ability to collaborate closely with sales teams to optimize campaign performance and engagement with target accounts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing within the healthcare diagnostics industry
- Proficiency with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
- Hands-on experience in executing and optimizing paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.)
- Strong understanding of social media strategy and management, particularly LinkedIn
- Experience collaborating with sales teams on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs
- Basic troubleshooting skills in electromechanical, networking, or IT system upgrades
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly
