This is a well-established, privately owned, world-leading brand that is investing heavily in both technology and its people. You’ll take ownership of ERP and CRM development work from the ground up, working on a global rollout across multiple international sites.
You’ll join a close-knit team of 4, playing a key role in the global rollout of Infor M3 (ERP) and Dynamics 365 (CRM). You’ll support international go-lives in Japan, South Korea, and the UK (typically one week at a time). The environment is C#-led but code-agnostic. Strong developers with a full stack background are encouraged to apply. You’ll work across enterprise systems while leveraging modern AI platforms such as Claude Code and Cursor to drive efficiency and innovation.
Long term, this role offers clear progression into an ERP Solution Expert / Business-Facing Analyst position, while remaining technically strong and mentoring two junior team members.

The role
* Technology stack: Full Stack (.NET / C#)
* Play a key role in the global rollout of Infor M3 (ERP) and Dynamics 365 (CRM)
* Hands-on development, configuration, customization, and optimization of business systems
* Travel to Japan, South Korea, UK - Travel 1 week at a time 4-5 Times in the next 15 months!
* Mentor and support two junior developers
* Progress toward ERP Solution Expert / Analyst longer term
