They’re hiring a Senior Engineer to help define how modern AI systems are architected, deployed, and scaled in production.

You’ll be based onsite in Miami, owning the design and development of core backend and platform systems that power performance, reliability, and scale. You’ll work across Python/FastAPI services, data infrastructure, cloud environments, and observability tooling while helping set the engineering bar as the team grows.

The Person:

* Strong backend engineering experience with Python (FastAPI a plus)

* Passionate about agentic AI ideally conversational AI / AI agents

* Understanding of PostgreSQL and data modeling

* Experience building and owning CI/CD pipelines in production environments

* Strong focus on testing, performance, and reliability

* Hands-on experience with observability (logs, metrics, tracing)

* Background in building and scaling 0-1 systems in startup or high-growth environments

The Role:

* Design and build core backend systems powering AI platform performance and reliability

* Develop scalable services using Python / FastAPI

* Own and evolve the data layer (PostgreSQL / Supabase)

* Work across cloud infrastructure (AWS), CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform / CDK)

* Implement and scale observability tooling (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana)
