Senior Product Owner / Technical Lead

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Product Owner / Technical Lead who can take ownership of the codebase and work closely with developers to maintain code quality, technical standards, and long-term system stability.

This role requires relocation to Finland.

Mandatory Technical Skills

You must be technically strong in React, ReduxSaga, C#.NET, SQL, and Azure, with the ability to guide developers, review code, and ensure the longâterm maintainability of the system.

• Prioritize the product backlog based on business value and technical needs.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and refine requirements with developers.
• Collect feedback, make data-based improvements, and support product discovery.
• Coordinate feature releases and track progress using KPIs.
• Code & Technical Ownership
• Work closely with developers to ensure decisions follow scalable and secure architecture.
• Take ownership of key codebase modules and ensure long-term maintainability.
• Maintain high code quality, proper documentation, and monitor technical debt.
• Ensure clear ownership of components, services, and modules.

• Participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming to balance new features and refactoring.
• Support coding standards, testing practices, and deployment of readiness.
• Review design proposals early, identify risks, and guide technical decisions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1 year as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.

• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum.
• Able to read and understand code and work with engineering teams.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and problemâsolving skills.
