Job Overview
We are looking for a Front-End Creative Developer with strong experience in building HTML5 banners, responsive email templates, and lightweight campaign microsites. The role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to design specifications, and the ability to deliver pixel-perfect assets for digital campaigns across display, programmatic, and email channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop HTML5 animated banners for standard IAB sizes and custom ad formats across display and programmatic platforms
- Build responsive email templates from Figma designs for deployment in marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Develop 1–3 page campaign microsites from Figma/XD with responsive layouts, animations, form integrations, and tracking implementation
- Create landing pages and splash pages with form capture, UTM tracking, and conversion flows
- Implement lightweight animations for banners and microsite hero sections using JavaScript/GSAP or equivalent tools
- Update and resize existing campaign assets while maintaining brand consistency and version control

Technical Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience converting Figma designs into pixel-perfect HTML/CSS/JS outputs
- Experience in building responsive microsites with animations, forms, and analytics integration (GTM, GA4)
- Ability to integrate third-party tools such as embedded forms (Marketo or similar) and handle UTM parameters and redirects
- Experience in cross-browser and cross-device testing using tools like BrowserStack, Litmus, or Email on Acid
- Strong understanding of Git workflows including versioning, tagging, and documentation
- Ability to estimate effort and independently deliver assigned modules
- Experience working in Agile environments and coordinating with QA teams for defect resolution
- Strong communication skills with ability to report progress and blockers proactively
- Strict adherence to design systems, brand guidelines, and regulatory constraints (especially in pharma or regulated environments)
