What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Research, retrieve, design, and deliver organized analytics and reporting
  • Analyze benchmarking data, reports, processes, and measurements related to health metrics
  • Monitor core program metrics monthly and collaborate with data owners to resolve issues
  • Develop innovative approaches to achieve data analytics deliverables
  • Manage multiple short and long-term projects while ensuring timely completion

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • 3+ years of health industry experience and/or experience in a large complex matrixed organization
  • 3+ years of experience utilizing and analyzing data for resource planning and tracking
  • 2+ years of project coordination, project management, or project administration experience
  • Proven excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • 1+ years of HEDIS, CAHPS/HOS, or similar performance measure experience
