The Lead Data Analyst will shape the framework for measuring and demonstrating customer success through data. This role is responsible for designing data models that connect product outcomes to business results, driving customer retention and growth. The position impacts strategic decision-making by collaborating across departments to define and standardize how customer outcomes are measured and communicated.


3. Responsibilities:

• Build and scale analytics infrastructure to convert customer data into business benchmarks

• Develop ROI, TCO, and outcome models for customer lifecycle metrics

• Standardize cross-departmental value measurement methodologies

• Create a single source of truth for value data with reproducible pipelines

• Investigate customer performance trends to improve retention and expansion

• Develop executive dashboards to visualize product impact

• Mentor colleagues on data governance and analytics best practices

• Collaborate with multiple departments to apply value metrics effectively


4. Requirements:

• 5+ years in data-driven roles focused on measurable business outcomes

• Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and enterprise-scale ETL design

• Proficient in R or Python for analytics and statistical modeling

• Strong communication and data storytelling abilities

• Experience influencing senior stakeholders, including C-level audiences

• Curiosity and ownership mindset toward uncovering insights

• Familiarity with BI platforms like Looker or Hex is a plus

• Academic or professional background in a quantitative field
