French-Speaking Customer Success Specialist (Social Media) โ€“ Relocation to Sofia

Workster is partnering with a global technology services provider to recruit a French-speaking Customer Success Specialist to join a dynamic international team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will support a major social media hiring platform by driving customer success initiatives and ensuring clients achieve strong performance, adoption, and return on investment from the platform.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality assurance of client product integrations, verifying that all implementations are correctly completed.
  • Drive implementation and setup progress for new Hiring Enterprise Program (HEP) customers.
  • Deliver customer value by ensuring successful adoption, usage, and engagement with the clientโ€™s Hiring platform.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the platformโ€™s products to guide customers on best practices and optimization strategies.
  • Track customer lifecycle milestones, including onboarding, license activation, and user engagement.
  • Record and manage customer activity in CRM systems in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Analyze customer data and trends to identify product or service growth opportunities.
  • Support ticket triage and troubleshooting, collaborating with internal teams when necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and cross-functional internal teams.

Your Profile

  • Fluent in French and English (C1 level), written and spoken.
  • Experience analyzing data, trends, and client information to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Strong time management and project management abilities.
  • Comfortable working with CRM platforms and managing queues, cases, or tickets.
  • Ability to build trust quickly and develop strong professional relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Whatโ€™s Offered

  • 14 nights of hotel accommodation upon arrival
  • Flight reimbursement of 490 BGN (approximately โ‚ฌ250) after 6 months
  • Salary: โ‚ฌ1,687 gross per month + performance bonus.
  • Hybrid working model: On-site on Wednesdays and Thursdays in Sofia.
  • Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00โ€“19:00.
