French-Speaking Customer Success Specialist (Social Media) โ Relocation to Sofia
Workster is partnering with a global technology services provider to recruit a French-speaking Customer Success Specialist to join a dynamic international team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will support a major social media hiring platform by driving customer success initiatives and ensuring clients achieve strong performance, adoption, and return on investment from the platform.

Your Responsibilities
- Ensure quality assurance of client product integrations, verifying that all implementations are correctly completed.
- Drive implementation and setup progress for new Hiring Enterprise Program (HEP) customers.
- Deliver customer value by ensuring successful adoption, usage, and engagement with the clientโs Hiring platform.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the platformโs products to guide customers on best practices and optimization strategies.
- Track customer lifecycle milestones, including onboarding, license activation, and user engagement.
- Record and manage customer activity in CRM systems in a timely and accurate manner.
- Analyze customer data and trends to identify product or service growth opportunities.
- Support ticket triage and troubleshooting, collaborating with internal teams when necessary.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and cross-functional internal teams.

Your Profile
- Fluent in French and English (C1 level), written and spoken.
- Experience analyzing data, trends, and client information to identify opportunities for growth.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Strong time management and project management abilities.
- Comfortable working with CRM platforms and managing queues, cases, or tickets.
- Ability to build trust quickly and develop strong professional relationships.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
