About The Role

We are seeking a creative and strategic Influencer & Creator Marketing Manager to spearhead impactful influencer and creator campaigns for select brands. This role involves developing innovative influencer strategies, managing end-to-end campaign execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve measurable business outcomes. As part of Wpromote’s renowned Creative team, the successful candidate will work across multiple client accounts, transforming ideas from concept to content delivery. The role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of brand-audience engagement through authentic influencer partnerships. The position is remote-first, with options to work from our offices in Los Angeles, Chicago, or New York, fostering a dynamic environment for learning, collaboration, and professional development.

Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years of hands-on influencer marketing experience, either on the agency or brand side
  • Proven success managing client-facing influencer campaigns from strategy to execution
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant influencer and/or creator partnership examples
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing, communications, PR, or related field
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a proactive, self-starter attitude
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with clients and teams
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools such as CreatorIQ, GRIN, Aspire, or Tagger
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, Twitch, and Amazon
  • Creative mindset with a strategic approach to data and storytelling

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-performing influencer and creator campaigns across multiple accounts
  • Develop and execute influencer strategies aligned with client goals, from ideation through tactical planning
  • Lead end-to-end campaign management, including sourcing, vetting, negotiating, contracting, reviewing content, and reporting
  • Identify and cultivate influencer and creator partnerships that maximize brand ROI and meet KPIs
  • Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines, creative direction, and FTC regulations (as applicable)
  • Analyze campaign performance data to derive insights, optimize strategies, and report results to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Paid Media, Strategy, Creative, and Analytics teams to integrate influencer efforts within broader marketing initiatives
  • Stay informed about emerging platform and influencer trends across various social channels and emerging platforms
  • Contribute to new business development through research, creative input, and influencer program recommendations
  • Educate clients and internal teams on best practices, industry innovations, and opportunities in influencer marketing
  • Participate in on-site activations or client events, with occasional travel to support campaign shoots or team initiatives
