Social Media Manager & Content Creator
📍 Remote (San Diego-based candidates are a strong plus for in-person productions)
💼 Part-time to start, with transition to a full-time role upon completion of onboarding and training
The Opportunity
You’ll play a key role in shaping how our clients show up online — managing their social presence from strategy to execution. This role combines creative direction, social strategy, and hands-on production. You’ll plan shoots, capture and edit short-form content, manage calendars, and work directly with clients to make sure every piece of content aligns with their brand voice and goals.
It’s a collaborative position, working closely with Voilà’s creative team on everything from campaign concepts to content delivery. You’ll need an eye for storytelling, an understanding of what performs on social, and the ability to move seamlessly between creative and strategic thinking.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with each client’s goals and target audience.
- Plan, organize, edit, and manage content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Assist in organizing content productions, including pre-production prep, shot lists, and creative direction.
- Manage multi-platform content calendars and ensure consistent, timely posting.
- Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Lead influencer communication, identifying brand partners, coordinating collaborations, and ensuring deliverables meet expectations.
- Write and schedule email marketing campaigns that reflect each client’s brand voice and messaging strategy.
- Communicate directly with clients to align on strategy, review content, and present results.
- Contribute with fresh, strategic ideas to campaigns and monthly content plans.
- Keep up with social trends, new features, and best practices to keep clients ahead of the curve.
- Create supporting graphics and visuals when needed (Canva/Figma/Adobe Suite).
- Collaborate with Voilà’s social team to ensure visual and messaging consistency across all platforms.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in social media management and content creation (A MUST).
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience.
- Skilled in filming and editing iPhone content for social (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Edits, or similar).
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Confident working directly with clients and leading creative discussions.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple brands and deadlines.
