What is the project about?

The Responsible GenAI squad drives the development and implementation of Generative AI solutions that enable the bank to apply AI effectively in practice. These solutions enhance the customer journey, streamline data processing, answer internal staff queries, and generate insights and reports tofacilitateworkflows. To accelerate innovation, the team also develops APIs that help other teams build GenAI solutions faster and more efficiently.

As Medior Data Scientist, you will contribute to building, monitoring, andoptimizingthe performance of GenAI solutions across diverse use cases within the bank.Youllbe at the forefront of creating tools that tackle complex challenges, improve efficiency, and unlock new opportunities. Your work will involve exploring topics such as responsible GenAI, performance monitoring, red teaming, and evaluating GenAI models for fairness and bias.

Requirements

• You have at least 4 or more years of experience working as a Data Scientist or in a similar field
• You have strong programming skills (software engineering experience is a plus) and are proficient in Python
• You have a solid understanding of NLP and LLMs. Experience in building Generative AI applications is a strongly encouraged.
