Your Profile & DNA:

We’re looking for an experienced Azure Data Engineer to design and build scalable, cloud-based data pipelines on Microsoft Azure. As an Azure Data Engineer, you will develop, manage, and optimize cloud data pipelines and analytics platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that handle both streaming and batch workloads, while ensuring reliability and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Azure Databricks (PySpark)

• Implement batch and structured streaming solutions
• Manage data storage and processing using Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS) and Azure Synapse Analytics (SQL DW)
• Develop serverless data workflows with Azure Functions
• Build and manage event-driven architectures using Event Hub and Event Grid
• Collaborate on infrastructure-as-code deployments using Terraform
• Support integration with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Contribute to continuous improvement of cloud data engineering best practices

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• Strong expertise in Python and SQL/NoSQL databases
• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, ADLS, Event Hub, Event Grid, SQL DW, Azure Functions
• Understanding of serverless architectures and Terraform
• Experience with batch and streaming data pipelines
• Familiarity with Agile/DevOps environments
