Contribute to new business development through research, creative input, and influencer program recommendations
Educate clients and internal teams on best practices, industry innovations, and new opportunities in influencer marketing

About The Role

We are seeking a creative and strategic Influencer & Creator Marketing Manager to spearhead influencer and creator campaigns for select brands within our portfolio. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, developing innovative influencer strategies from concept through execution, and ensuring campaigns meet defined KPIs. You will manage end-to-end campaign processes including sourcing influencers, negotiating contracts, reviewing content, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize results. As part of Wpromote’s award-winning Creative team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Paid Media, Strategy, Creative, and Analytics to integrate influencer efforts seamlessly into broader marketing initiatives. Your work will help shape the future of brand-audience connections through authentic influencer collaborations, driving tangible business outcomes and enhancing brand visibility.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely, with some preference given to candidates based in PST. You will have access to our office hubs in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York for in-person learning, collaboration, and team-building activities. Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years of hands-on influencer marketing experience, either on the agency side or within a brand team
  • Proven success managing influencer campaigns from strategy development through execution
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant influencer and creator partnership examples
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing, communications, PR, or related fields
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a self-starter attitude
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, comfortable engaging with clients and internal teams
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools such as CreatorIQ, GRIN, Aspire, or Tagger
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and social media platform metrics
  • Proficiency across key social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, Twitch, and Amazon
  • Creative mindset with a passion for data-driven storytelling
