Job Description
AI Engineer (Remote – EU) – GenAI a Plus
We partner with fast-growing and established companies across Europe to help them hire top AI talent for their product and engineering teams. We are now looking to connect with strong AI Engineers for current and upcoming roles; hands-on Generative AI experience is a strong plus.
About the role
You will work on end-to-end AI solutions: from framing business problems, to building and deploying models, to integrating them into production systems. Depending on the specific client and project, you may work on recommendation systems, predictive models, NLP, or GenAI-powered features such as assistants, copilots, and RAG applications.
What you’ll do
- Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models to solve real business problems (prediction, classification, ranking, recommendations, etc.).
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and model serving infrastructure in production environments.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to turn requirements into robust, scalable AI solutions.
- Monitor performance, run experiments, and continuously improve model quality and reliability.
- (Bonus) Contribute to GenAI initiatives: LLM integrations, RAG systems, internal copilots, and content-generation tools.

Nice to have (GenAI and more)
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source LLMs), including prompt design and basic fine-tuning/customization.
- Experience with GenAI tooling (e.g. LangChain, LlamaIndex) and vector databases/embeddings for RAG-style applications.
- Exposure to MLOps tools and practices (CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, experiment tracking).
- Experience in product-oriented, fast-paced environments (startups or emerging-tech teams).
