You will play a key role in incident management, system optimization, automation, and cross-team collaboration to ensure platform stability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Incident Management
- Monitor and respond to platform alerts based on priority
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system issues
- Collect and analyze logs from multiple systems
- Drive root cause analysis and coordinate resolution timelines
- Document issues, debugging records, and solutions in ticketing systems

Documentation & Process
- Maintain and enhance knowledge base documentation
- Create technical procedures and SOPs for new processes and features

Technical Development
- Write scripts for automation, monitoring, and testing
- Improve and maintain internal tools and platforms
