We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (5+ years) to join our growing team in a fully remote US-based role. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and delivering data-driven solutions that align with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and delivering data-driven solutions that align with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement sessions.
- Translate business needs into clear, concise functional specifications.
- Create BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, process flows, and data mapping documents.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Project Managers.
- Perform gap analysis and impact analysis for new initiatives.
- Support UAT planning, execution, and validation.
- Develop dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
- Ensure solutions align with compliance and regulatory standards (if applicable).
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience creating BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, and workflow diagrams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with tools like:
- JIRA / Confluence
- MS Visio / Lucidchart
- SQL (basic querying preferred)
- Excel / Power BI / Tableau (preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
