What is your goal? 

The M365 Modern Workplace Architect leads technical strategy and delivery for client projects, ensuring solutions align with business goals. This role requires deep expertise in M365 technologies like SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Device Management, and Power Platform, and involves managing the full engagement lifecycle from presales to delivery and support. The M365 Architect is based in Europe, preferably in The Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Security solutions including Azure AD, Microsoft Entra, and related technologies.
• Architect and implement Zero Trust frameworks, Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, and Privileged Access Management (PAM).

• Conduct security assessments, gap analysis, and maturity evaluations for client environments.
• Guide clients through identity modernization journeys including hybrid and cloud-native identity models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate identity with endpoint, cloud, and application security.

You have...

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Entra ID Connect, Conditional Access, Identity Governance, and B2B/B2C.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 services: Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and OneDrive.
• Experience with security and compliance tools: Microsoft Defender XDR, Sentinel, and Purview.
• Proficiency in migration tools like Azure Migrate, Quest On Demand Migration, BitTitan.
• Strong understanding of authentication protocols: SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Kerberos.
• Hands-on experience with PAM solutions (CyberArk, BeyondTrust).
• Knowledge of tenant-to-tenant M365 migrations (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive).
• Ability to configure and manage Microsoft Intune for device management, including policy creation and compliance settings.
• Experience leading device migration projects with minimal disruption to end users.
