About The Role
The AI-First Digital Marketing Manager at Puffy is a strategic, hands-on role responsible for owning and executing multi-channel paid advertising campaigns that directly impact revenue growth. This position requires a seasoned D2C/e-commerce marketing professional with a proven track record in managing Meta campaigns and other digital advertising platforms within the US or North American markets. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the CEO, a Forbes Council member, to architect and refine the company's next-generation digital acquisition engine. Key responsibilities include launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and emerging channels, while also contributing to affiliate marketing, SEO, SEM, and email marketing efforts. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence strategic decisions at a high-growth, innovative company dedicated to redefining the customer acquisition landscape.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years managing Meta campaigns for D2C brands
- Proven success in driving revenue through multi-channel digital advertising
- Working knowledge of the broader marketing ecosystem including Affiliate, SEO, SEM, and Email marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, YouTube, and other performance marketing platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and attribution models
- Experience in funnel optimization from awareness to conversion, including ad-to-landing page strategies
- Ability to develop compelling ad concepts and collaborate effectively with creative teams
- US or North American market experience is essential
- Own the development and execution of multi-channel paid marketing strategies with direct revenue accountability
- Launch, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, design, and product to develop high-performing campaigns
- Analyze attribution, monitor campaign performance, and implement data-driven optimizations
- Contribute to broader marketing initiatives including Affiliate, SEO, SEM, and Email marketing strategies
- Test and implement innovative advertising formats and creative assets to enhance campaign effectiveness
- Develop scalable systems and frameworks for campaign management and performance measurement
- Work directly with executive leadership to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives
- Competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, with an additional performance bonus of up to 25%
- Total annual compensation package up to USD $167,300
