Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled BI Analyst / BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate has strong experience in data analysis, dashboard development, and translating business requirements into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate complex data into clear insights and KPIs
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, views, and data models
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across BI solutions
- Work closely with data engineers and business teams
- Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency
- Support ad-hoc data analysis and executive reporting
- 4+ years of experience as a BI Analyst, BI Developer, or similar role
- Strong hands-on experience with BI tools such as:
- Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik
- Advanced SQL skills (joins, CTEs, performance tuning)
- Experience working with data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Azure Synapse, etc.)
- Strong understanding of data modeling, KPIs, and metrics
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
