2. About the Opportunity:

The Sr. Deal Desk Manager role is critical for supporting the Sales organization through expert configuration, pricing, quoting (CPQ), process improvements, and data-driven reporting. This position ensures deals are accurately structured, competitively priced, and efficiently closed, contributing to revenue integrity and operational efficiency within a fast-paced SaaS environment.



3. Responsibilities:

• Manage daily configuration, pricing, and quoting (CPQ) workflows in Salesforce for both standard and complex, multi-element commercial deals

• Review quotes for operational accuracy, enforce standard discount guardrails, and orchestrate approvals for non-standard commercial terms

• Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies across the end-to-end quote-to-cash lifecycle, supporting system automation and contract template updates

• Partner with Finance to ensure strict compliance with revenue recognition standards, specifically ASC 606 guidelines

• Develop and maintain analytical dashboards tracking key operational metrics like quote turnaround time, approval cycle frequencies, and discount trends

• Provide weekly commercial and sales performance insights directly to executive leadership

• Serve as the primary internal subject matter expert for global sales representatives regarding quoting best practices and complex deal structuring

• Troubleshoot technical and operational quote-to-order issues and actively participate in deep-dive deal reviews

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Legal on policy changes while leading CPQ tooling training for new hires

• Spot pricing discrepancies or compliance anomalies early and assist in structural resolution to protect corporate margins



4. Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience within Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a dedicated Deal Desk function with hands-on CPQ system management

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a closely related professional field

• Advanced technical proficiency with Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce CRM platforms, and complex Google Sheets financial models

• Strong logical analysis, process-mapping, and systems-thinking capabilities

• Meticulous attention to detail combined with proactive, clear cross-functional communication habits

• Proven ability to remain agile and execute effectively within a fast-paced, highly iterative corporate environment

Nice to have:

• Deep familiarity with modern SaaS subscription pricing models, co-terming, and international commercial deal structures

• Hands-on exposure to business intelligence platforms such as Tableau or Power BI

• Formal Salesforce CPQ Associate certification or credentialed Revenue Operations fundamentals training



5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Target annual base salary range: $125,000.00 to $150,000.00 USD, structured dynamically based on the candidate's depth of experience, geographic location, and specific technical qualifications
