Database Administrators – Research Study - Fully Remote (US)
Pay: 320 USD – 960 USD per day (40–120 USD per hour)

Sepal is running a short-term, paid research project to evaluate how well AI systems understand real-world database workflows. They’re looking for experienced professionals with strong database backgrounds to review realistic scenarios and provide expert reasoning.

What you’ll need
• 4+ years’ experience in a database-focused role
• US residency and English fluency
• Reliable computer and internet
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete structured tasks independently
• Comfortable with video calls, messaging tools and file uploads
Compensation
• 40–120 USD per hour, plus task bonuses
• Paid bi-weekly based on approved hours
• You do not need to currently be employed in the field
