PMO Director ( Project Manager/Program Manager )

Overview

This position is to lead the development of a flying car as a project management in cooperation with the technical team.

• Planning, preparation, and execution of project plans
• Follow up on the results of the project plan
• Identifying issues related to the execution of the project plan and taking the lead in resolving them.
  
  

(Scope of change) Reassignment may occur to any other work.

Essencial Skills

Who satisfy the follows

• Experience in project management in the aerospace industry (15+ years)
• Comprehensive project management experience in new airframes or vehicles, from planning to mass production
• Experience using project management tools (e.g. MS Project, JIRA, Redmine)
• Management skills: planning - directing - following up - revising
• Technical skills: knowledge of development targets and processes
• Analysis/problem solving skills: hypothesis planning - verification, cause analysis, etc.
• Communication skills: chit-chat, meeting management, email, chat, etc. to get expected results
• Tool use skills: understanding and operation of project management tools
  
  

Desirable Skills

• PMP certification or understanding of PMBOK
• Understanding Regulations in Aircraft
  
  

仕事内容

■空飛ぶクルマの開発を技術チームと連携しながらプロジェクトマネジメントの観点からリードしていただくポジションです。

・プロジェクト計画の立案・作成・遂行

・プロジェクト計画に対する実績のフォロー

・プロジェクト計画遂行に関する課題の捕捉および課題解決のリード

(変更の範囲) 全ての業務への配置転換あり

必須スキル

・開発案件のプロジェクト管理業務経験（15年以上）

・新規の機体・車両における企画～量産までの総合的なプロジェクトマネジメント経験

・プロジェクト管理ツールの使用経験（例：MS Project、JIRA、Redmine）

① 管理スキル：計画立案～指示～フォロー～修正

② 技術スキル：開発対象や開発工程に関する知識

③ 分析・問題解決スキル：仮説立案～検証、原因分析など

④ コミュニケーションスキル：期待した結果を引き出すための雑談、会議運営、メール、チャットなど

⑤ ツール利用スキル：プロジェクト管理ツールの理解・操作

勤務時間 10:00 ～ 19:00 （休憩60分） ※コアタイムなし

休日 ・年間休日115（土・日、年末年始、会社指定） ・有給休暇※入社月により付与日数は変動します。（会社規定に準ずる） ・慶弔休暇 ・リフレッシュ休暇（勤続1,3,5,10年目に付与）

Working hours - Start 10:00 End 19:00（Including 1hour break time） * No core time

Holidays - 115 days off per year（Saturday / Sundays / Newyear holidays（12/29～1/3） / Company designated holidays） - Annual paid leave - Refresh leave (Granted after 1, 3, 5, and 10 years of service)
