The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Product Manager to join our Product team. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will take ownership of multiple iGaming brands, primarily those built on the third party platforms, but also in-house brands using proprietary tech, through collaboration with our inhouse development teams and external third-party partners. This role is ideal for someone with a strong mix of strategic vision and hands-on execution, passionate about UX/UI excellence, customer-first product development, and data-driven decision-making. You will work alongside Product Managers and Content Managers to deliver high-quality features, engaging user experiences, and impactful product innovations that meet both business objectives and customer needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive product strategy and execution across multiple brands.
  • Lead roadmap planning, define OKRs, and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Diagnose product issues and prioritize solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Champion a customer-first mindset, leveraging feedback to shape product improvements.
  • Use tools like FullStory and Google Analytics to analyze customer journeys, identify friction points, and create funnels that enhance retention and conversion.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (content, marketing, operations, development).
  • Partner with Content Managers to ensure optimal use of product features for content quality and impact.
  • Coordinate with both in-house developers and external third-party providers, ensuring timely delivery of features and fixes.
  • Gather requirements across departments and translate them into actionable product features.
  • Introduce and test innovative features that enhance user experience and drive engagement.
  • Ensure product performance and user experience are continuously optimized.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in iGaming or related digital industries.
  • Strong UX/UI sensibility and ability to diagnose and improve product usability.
  • Solid understanding of customer analytics tools (FullStory, Google Analytics, or similar).
  • Technical aptitude: ability to raise, structure, and communicate tasks effectively to development teams.
  • Strong track record in roadmap creation, OKR management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Experience working with content teams to optimize product usage and customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and able to lead without heavy hand-holding.


Nice to have:

  • Experience in multi-brand product management within the iGaming industry.
  • Familiarity with conversion funnels, A/B testing, and growth experimentation.
  • Background in agile product management methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
