📍 100% Remote (must be able to support EST hours)
🕒 Shifts: 10AM-6PM OR 12PM-8PM EST (flexibility required)
💵 Pay Rate: $19.05/hr

✅ Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred).
- 1-2 years of related HR or customer service experience.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to employee inquiries (policies, procedures, and leaves of absence) via phone, email, and dashboard reports.
- Accurately document case details in ServiceNow.
- Ensure compliance with FMLA, state disability, family leave, ERISA, and Sick Policies.
- Administer and process leave of absences with attention to deadlines.
- Cross-train and support special projects as needed.
