Job Title: Senior Mobile Architect / Staff Engineer (Remote)

Location: Fully Remote

Experience: 10+ Years (Individual Contributor)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced, hands-on Mobile Engineer (Staff/Architect level) to drive complex, scalable, cross-platform mobile solutions. This is a pure IC role with no people management responsibilities.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in mobile development (preferably as Staff Engineer/Architect).
• Deep expertise in React Native (first preference). Flutter experience is also welcome; if working with Kotlin, Swift expertise is required as well.
• Strong background in building cross-platform mobile applications at scale.
• Web experience is a plus, but mobile-first mindset is essential.
• Proven ability to design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable architectures.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to CI/CD for mobile.
• Experience collaborating with distributed teams.
