What You’ll Do

• Lead or contribute to the design, engineering, and implementation of network-focused infrastructure projects.
• Maintain and optimise customer networks, including LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, and cloud networking components.
• Deliver preventive maintenance and service improvements across managed environments.
• Monitor and respond to network-related incidents, keeping stakeholders informed throughout.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with customers by providing high-quality service and communication.
• Keep network documentation accurate and up to date, and contribute to network assessments and improvement plans.
• Support the adoption of best practices in networking, security, and automation.
• Participate in the research and implementation of new networking technologies aligned with strategic service offerings.

What You’ll Need

• A strong “can-do” attitude, passion for learning, and a drive to help your team and clients succeed.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Networking, or a related IT field.
• Preferably certified in networking or cloud technologies (e.g. CCNA, CCNP, Azure Network Engineer Associate).
• At least 2 years of experience in an IT or networking-focused role.
• Solid understanding of enterprise networking concepts, including routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, NAT, and firewalls.
• Familiarity with cloud networking (preferably Azure), Microsoft 365, and network security principles.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Clear and confident communication skills—both written and verbal.
• A self-starter who works well independently, but thrives in a collaborative team environment.
