Job Title: Scrum Master (Certified, Product-Focused, Relocation to GCC)

Overview:

An award-winning digital agency at the forefront of UX, AI, and engineering is seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master. This organization delivers high-impact digital products for major government and enterprise clients in the GCC. As Scrum Master, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading distributed engineering squads through the full agile lifecycle. You’ll start remotely (for 3–6 months), then relocate to the GCC (Saudi Arabia) to work closely with high-performing, cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Champion agile best practices across multiple engineering squads
• Remove impediments and shield teams from distractions
• Maintain sprint velocity, burndown charts, and project documentation
• Foster collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement
• Advocate for agile methodologies and drive a high-performance team culture

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in distributed engineering environments
• Scrum certification required (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
• Product Owner/Product Management certification required (CSPO, PSPO, or similar)
• Proven track record with remote and cross-functional teams
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
• Willingness and eligibility to relocate to the GCC (Saudi Arabia) after the initial remote period (3–6 months)
• Experience with digital product lifecycles and engineering best practices
