Core Responsibilities
Project Governance & Delivery Excellence
- Project Lifecycle Management: Lead, plan, and execute multiple medium to large-scale IT projects, guaranteeing delivery within scope, timeline, and budget parameters.
- PMO Alignment: Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to map out project scopes, resource allocation, milestone durations, and cost estimates.
- Tooling & Best Practices: Oversee day-to-day delivery using standard project management frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, issue logs, and risk registers).
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks, complexities, and potential bottlenecks to safeguard business continuity.
Change Management & Adoption
- People-Centric Change: Apply structured change management methodologies to navigate and ease the people-related impact of new systems and processes.
- Communication Strategy: Design and execute tailored change communication plans to drive high stakeholder engagement and technology adoption.

Stakeholder Management & Strategic Advisory
- Trusted Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for stakeholders, aligning deliverables with overarching business priorities.
- Feedback Resolution: Coordinate efficiently with internal engineering and business teams to resolve feedback (including ADGE inputs), optimize resource deployment, and unblock tasks.
- Satisfaction Tracking: Formulate and conduct stakeholder surveys to gather performance insights and maintain top-tier service satisfaction.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
- People Development: Provide clear direction, mentorship, and support to cross-functional team members to cultivate a high-performance culture.

Candidate Profile & Requirements
Education & Credentials
- Academic: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline. An MBA or equivalent master's degree is highly preferred.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Project Management Professional (PMP)® / PRINCE2
- PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP)®
- Program Management Professional (PgMP)® or TOGAF architecture frameworks

Employment Terms & Compensation
