Group Chief Technology Officer – Cloud & Infrastructure | Laos / Southeast Asia
Looking for your next big leadership challenge? This is a rare opportunity to take on a Group CTO role at a high-growth international digital infrastructure company, leading a 30-strong tech team and driving sovereign cloud solutions across Southeast Asia and beyond.
We’re seeking a seasoned technology leader who thrives in emerging markets, can steer large-scale infrastructure projects, and knows how to balance strategy with hands-on technical oversight.
Why this role is unique:
- Define and own the group-wide technology roadmap, directly influencing company direction.
- Lead a 30-person technical organisation across infrastructure, networking, DevOps, and cybersecurity.
- Play a key role in government tenders and donor-funded projects, working with ministries and regulators.
- Travel across Southeast Asia (and occasionally Africa) for high-impact infrastructure deployments.

What we’re looking for:
- 10–15 years in senior technology leadership roles (CTO, Director of Infrastructure, Head of Engineering).
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, networking, virtualisation, and data centre operations.
- Proven ability to lead distributed, multi-country technical teams.
- Strong grasp of data sovereignty, regulatory compliance, and ISO 27001.
- Excellent communication skills – able to influence governments, donors, and C-level partners.
Bonus points if you:
- Have worked in emerging markets (Southeast Asia or Africa).
- Speak French – helpful for Francophone projects.
- Bring an entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability across diverse environments.
Who you’ll work with:
You’ll report directly to the Group CEO (Bangkok-based), collaborating with leadership in Singapore and across local country teams. You’ll also represent the company in high-level discussions with governments, regulators, and international development partners.
