Ruby on Rails Engineer | Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, AWS | Fully Remote Up to £100k

We’re hiring a Ruby on Rails Engineer to join a fast-moving product team building scalable, cloud-based applications used by thousands daily.

The kind of engineer we're looking for:

You’re pragmatic, product-focused, and take pride in writing clean, maintainable code. You enjoy collaborating with others, care about the customer impact of your work, and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment. You take ownership of problems and are comfortable working across the stack to solve them.

What you’ll do:

• Build and maintain robust Rails applications
• Work across the stack with JavaScript (React or similar)
• Deploy and scale services on AWS
• Design and optimise PostgreSQL databases

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails in production
• Solid AWS knowledge (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.)
• Confident with modern JavaScript
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL
