The Role:  

We’re looking for a skilled Flutter Mobile Developer with a passion for crafting seamless, user-focused mobile experiences. You’ll be a key player in developing the front-end of our EdTech platform, working closely with a backend stack powered by Node.js and GraphQL. If you’re a proactive, innovative thinker who thrives in a self-organizing team, this fully remote role is your chance to shine.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android.  
• Collaborate with the backend team to integrate APIs and services built on Node.js and GraphQL.  
• Manage state effectively using BLoC (Business Logic Component) pattern.
• Implement local storage solutions using Floor DB and Hive for offline functionality and persistence.
• Contribute to an agile workflow, participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and iterative improvements.  
• Bring creative solutions to the table, enhancing the user experience for our EdTech platform.  
• Take ownership of your work, driving features from concept to deployment in a self-managed, remote environment.  

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in mobile app development, with strong expertise in Flutter.  
• Proven experience building responsive, performant applications for both iOS and Android.  
• Familiarity with backend technologies like Node.js and GraphQL for seamless integration.  
• A self-starter mindset—someone who can lead themselves and thrive in a self-organizing, remote team.  
• Open-mindedness and a creative approach to problem-solving.  
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit to work within an agile, innovative team—virtually!  
• Bonus: Experience in EdTech or a passion for education-driven projects!
