Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Flutter development (Dart) and building cross-platform apps
5+ years of experience in native Android development (Java & Kotlin)
Strong UI and animation skills for both native Android and Flutter
Experience with platform channels and native integrations in Flutter
Deep understanding of Android SDK (permissions, services, background tasks, etc.)
Experience with common Android libraries (Coroutines, Glide, Retrofit, OkHttp)
Familiarity with legacy Android tools (RxJava, AsyncTasks, Views)
Proficiency in Flutter ecosystem libraries (Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, etc.)
Comfortable with Android Studio, git, Firebase, and performance profiling tools
