β Performance & Leadership Development β Guide individuals through coaching, performance management, and feedback strategies.
β Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) β Implement inclusive hiring initiatives and foster an equitable culture.
β Learning & Development β Identify growth opportunities, facilitate and participate in online training programs, and support professional development.

HR Strategy & Compliance β Ensure best practices in HR policies and digital and online systems.
βοΈ HR & People Expertise β 5+ years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, organisational development, or a similar role.
βοΈ Strong Communication & Relationship-Building Skills β Ability to independently connect with and support people at all levels.
βοΈ Tech-Savvy & Adaptable β Comfortable with CRM systems, HR software, ATS, digital collaboration tools, and social platforms.
βοΈ Proactive & Strategic Thinker β Passionate about supporting colleagues and clients through innovation.
βοΈ Relevant Education (Preferred, Not Required) β A degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
