Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize internal IT infrastructure (hardware and software) to ensure smooth operations.
- Design system architecture and integrate hardware, software, and network solutions to meet business needs.
- Continuously analyze and optimize systems for improved performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to minimize downtime.
- Perform installations, configurations, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Propose and implement process optimizations to enhance efficiency.
- Assist in the rollout of new technologies, ensuring smooth implementation and successful project delivery.
Your Profile:
- Educational background in a relevant field (e.g., business informatics) or completed IT-oriented training (e.g., IT specialists, system integration, or similar).
- Multiple years of experience in IT administration or a similar role.
- Fluency in English, any German speaking ability is a plus.
- Expertise in Windows and Mac OS, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft 365.
- Strong knowledge of network management (IP, WLAN, etc.).
- Independent and structured with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- High initiative, reliability, and strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of VoIP technologies and familiarity with Java are beneficial.
