A U.S.-based tech company building an AI-powered content creation and management platform is looking for a Fullstack Engineer with strong expertise in telephony and VoIP technologies. This is a remote role ideal for engineers who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy building reliable, high-performance products from the ground up.

You'll be working on a next-gen calling product designed to power modern GTM (Go-To-Market) teams with seamless voice infrastructure and smart integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and scale a complete telephony product, focusing on backend performance and reliability.
• Develop and integrate APIs using platforms like OAI, Elevenlabs, Deepgram, and FreeSWITCH.
• Optimize call experiences by improving switch times, reducing delays, and enhancing voicemail detection.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new features and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-level challenges related to VoIP and telephony.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Proven expertise in VoIP/telephony systems like FreeSWITCH.
• Deep understanding of performance tuning and OS-level library usage.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs related to audio and communication tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote-first setup.
