Are you a WordPress and Shopify developer looking to grow your skills in a mentorship-driven, remote-first agency environment — without the pressure of full-time hours? Optidge — a remote-first digital marketing agency of ~40 people supporting SMBs with SEO, paid media, and web development — is looking for a Web Developer to join their growing team on a part-time basis.

🎯 What you'll do:

Publish and format blog posts, landing pages, and website content across WordPress and Shopify; apply SEO-driven updates including redirects, meta tags, and on-page optimizations; run routine plugin updates and website health checks; identify and resolve 404 errors and broken links; support client website redesigns alongside the Lead Developer; and manage project deliverables through Teamwork while communicating proactively via Slack and email — across a portfolio of diverse client websites.

✅ What they're looking for:

• 1–2 years of hands-on WordPress and Shopify experience — editing themes, posts, plugins, and child themes
• Experience publishing SEO-friendly content with redirects, metadata, and routine website updates
• Solid attention to detail and proactive communication in a remote-first environment
• Experience with project management tools like Teamwork, Asana, or ClickUp
