Software Developer – Various Technologies e.g. Ruby, 100% Remote

We are a modern company specializing in developing software tailored to clients' needs. Our team consists of over 60 professionals, including Developers, Testers, Architects, DevOps, and Project Managers. We work fully remotely and internationally.

We are looking for a Software Developer who is not tied to a single technology but values diversity and adapts tools to challenges. Each project is different – we work with technologies such as Ruby, PHP, Python, Java, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Ember.js, Angular, and Vue. However, the technology stack is not the most important factor – what matters most is your approach to programming and your ability to learn quickly.

What will you do?

• Develop web applications and backend services, adapting technologies to project needs.

• Collaborate with an experienced team in an international, remote environment.

• Participate in designing and implementing scalable, distributed systems.

• Ensure code quality and effective communication within the team.

Who are we looking for?

We don’t require expertise in a specific technology – experience in FullStack Development and openness to new solutions are key. If you have:

• Experience in building web applications – both frontend and backend.

• The ability to design architectures for distributed systems.

• Comfort working with asynchronous communication and remote-first tools.

• A good command of English (our main language of communication).
