Job Description

We are looking for Fullstack Developer to work on mature enterprise financial management platform, as it evolves towards a modern, cloud-native architecture. The role combines hands-on software engineering with technical leadership, driving architecture, front-end standards, and AI-assisted development practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve application architecture, supporting the modernization of a large-scale enterprise platform.
• Lead development using Java, React, and TypeScript, promoting engineering best practices and reusable solutions.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot) and contribute to AI-enabled engineering capabilities.
• Mentor engineers, review technical solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the product's technical direction.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with Java (Java/Jakarta EE).
• Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience designing software architecture for enterprise applications.

• Knowledge of Azure, Docker, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot).
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, distributed systems, and scalable application development.

Nice to have

• Kubernetes.
• Experience modernizing monolithic applications into cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with ERP, financial, or other enterprise business applications.
• Knowledge of C/C++.
• Experience with AI integrations, APIs, Model Context Protocol (MCP), or developer platforms.
• Experience mentoring senior engineers and working in distributed international teams.
